CHARLESTON HISTORIC FOUNDATION

Earlier this month Salthouse was honored to participate in an event for the renowned Charleston Historic Foundation! This event was a preview party for an antique show that was hosted at the Memminger Auditorium. This annual event is a showcase of English, European, and American furnishings, fine arts, and decorative arts. Additionally, showcasing garden furniture, vintage jewelry, and silver. Charleston is the perfect location for this show which represents items from the late 17th– 20th centuries.

The culture and history represented here remind us at Salthouse why we are so lucky to be based out of a town like Charleston, where we are able to experience events such as this one weekly!

We served a variety of small appetizers, which were all laid out in beautiful displays where guests could easily try the fresh and seasonal flavors that our chefs had dreamed up for the evening.
