Chef-Driven Catering Menus Made From Scratch

Our catering philosophy is simple.  Salthouse offers chef-driven cuisine, made from scratch with the freshest seasonal ingredients available for events of all sorts and sizes.  Nothing comes from a box, nothing is frozen or mass produced.  All menu items are hand made with care in our kitchen specifically for your party.   Our chefs braise, smoke, sauté, grill, fry and bake everything in house to bring the best quality and taste to life for you and your guests.    

We offer a wide variety of creative menu options to suit your special event’s style of service.  Allow us to customize a menu that reflects who you are and what you love.  

From petite passed hors d’oeuvres and beautiful appetizer displays to chef attended dinner stations and elegant plated entrees, our food is delicious and our five star client reviews prove it!  Our menus feature a wide variety of local, regional and international style cuisines to choose from.  Love pasta? So do we.  Feeling more like a taco?  We got you.  Want to treat your guests to a truly Southern dining experience?  That’s our speciality.  Think classic shrimp and grits, local oysters, fried chicken biscuits, creamy mac and cheese and smokey BBQ pork. 

We offer fresh seafood, seasonal produce and local products throughout our menu to highlight the bounty of the place we call home.
